A player with a “great chance” to transfer is sought by Brighton, Crystal Palace, and Wolves; the Premier League trio contacts the player to join

According to a Brazilian newspaper, Brighton & Hove Albion, Crystal Palace, and Wolverhampton Wanderers are interested in signing Wesley França of Flamengo.

After initially settling for a limited position, the 20-year-old from Atlético Tubarão was signed by the Brazilian club in 2021, and this year he has had more game time. In 56 games, the right-back has recorded two goals and one assist.

His performances appear to have drawn interest from Wolves, Brighton, and Crystal Palace. Coluna do Fla claims that the three Premier League teams have given questionnaires to the Brazilian, and they are all “keen” to sign him for next month.

It goes on to say that the Eagles, Wolves, and Roberto De Zerbi’s camp had reached out to the player’s agency regarding a possible trade. According to the article, he has a “great chance” of quitting his job in the winter market.
Wesley’s contract expires in December 2025, and Flamengo is awaiting formal proposals from the three English teams interested in signing him in January.

Flamengo, according to Coluna do Fla, will only sell the fullback to a strong offer; they will not disclose the price required to appease the South American team.

Additionally, they omit to state whether player from Brighton, Crystal Palace, or Wolves is leading the race for transfers.
