Exclusive: Five German teams are considering Fabio Silva, a striker for Wolves
Fabio Silva is a target for a number of German teams, as he is expected to leave Wolves in January.

The £35 million attacker has only made three Premier League starts this season due to lack of playing time under manager Gary O’Neil.

The 21-year-old last played away at Sheffield United on November 4 and has not been used as a substitute in any of the last five Premier League contests.

Silva is now anticipated to make a move come January, when the transfer window opens.

Top Bundesliga team Freiburg is reportedly keen to recruit Silva, and the Express & Star has learned that other Bundesliga teams Eintracht Frankfurt, Borussia Monchengladbach, Wolfsburg, and Union Berlin are also vying for Silva’s services.

It’s also thought that clubs in Italy and Spain are keeping an eye on his availability in preparation for a possible transfer.
