Watford FC confirms that all men’s first-team games over the festive period will go ahead as planned, with none of the four Sky Bet Championship fixtures between Saturday December 23 and Monday January 1 selected for live broadcast on Sky Sports.

Broadcast choices for the trip to Preston North End on Saturday, December 16 were previously communicated HERE.

The Hornets’ festive schedule begins with an away game at Blackburn Rovers (Saturday December 23, 3pm KO), followed by two home games against Bristol city (Tuesday December 26, 3pm KO) and Stoke City (Friday December 29, 7.45pm KO), as well as a New Year’s Day trip to Plymouth Argyle (Monday January 1, 3pm KO).

IMG has chosen the game against Plymouth at Home Park to be broadcast for EFL overseas rightsholders. While the date and time of the game remain the same, Hive Live coverage will be impacted. All domestic supporters and overseas supporters in EFL Broadcast Exempt territories will have access to a video stream. A list of exempt territories will be released in due course, and Hive Live audio commentary will be available to all domestic and international fans.

Due to the Saturday 3pm blackout, a Hive Live video stream will be available only to overseas supporters for the Blackburn game, but both domestic and international fans will be able to access full coverage of the Bristol City and Stoke City matches. More information will be provided as soon as possible.
