Here are our predictions for Matt Peet’s Wigan Warriors’ Super League lineup in 2024.
The Super League champions have signed six new players, including former Leeds Rhinos captain Kruise Leeming and England international Luke Thompson, ahead of the 2019 season.
Adam Keighran, Tiaki Chan, Sam Walters, and Sam Eseh have also joined the club, while Kai Pearce-Paul, Morgan Smithies, Toby King, Cade Cust, and Iain Thornley have all left the first team.
Logan Astley and Kieran Tyrer have also joined Sean Long’s Oldham Athletic.

3. Adam Keighran, a Grand Finalist with Catalans, will replace Toby King in the centres.
4. Jake Wardle was named Wigan’s player of the year in 2023 after scoring 16 tries in 31 appearances and winning the Harry Sunderland Trophy.

Logan Astley admits that his desire to play consistently in the first team prompted him to join Sean Long’s Oldham Athletic ahead of the 2024 League 1 season.
The 20-year-old rose through the Wigan Academy ranks before making his Super League debut in 2022 against Huddersfield Giants in Round 12 at the John Smith’s Stadium, and later made a second appearance against Hull KR that season.
