Nottingham Forest are beginning to look into the cause of the club’s high number of injuries this season.

The Reds have one of the most extensive injury lists in the Premier League, with several players suffering muscular injuries this season.

The club is attempting to diagnose the problems, according to The Telegraph, with five first-team players currently out injured with muscle problems.

According to the report, the majority of the muscular injuries sustained this season occurred during training sessions.

Forest is still suffering from injuries.
Steve Cooper’s team was missing several key players due to injuries for much of last season, and the bad luck has continued this season.

Since last season, the Reds have expanded their physiotherapy department in an attempt to prevent further injuries.

Forest hired former Chelsea physio John Fearn, who has over 30 years of experience, including 13 years at Stamford Bridge.

However, it appears that any efforts to prevent training-ground issues have been futile, with Chris Wood the latest player to be sidelined with a hamstring injury.

What happens next for Forest?
Questions must be asked about what is going on during Cooper’s training sessions, which have resulted in multiple injuries.

Of course, Cooper will want to put his players through their paces ahead of a game, but the number of injuries sustained during training sessions is unprecedented.

Hopefully, for the sake of Cooper and the other players, a solution can be found to prevent these events from occurring.
