The Commanders must keep these sly threats at bay.
Pharaoh Brown cannot be underestimated by commanders.
Mike Gesicki was supposed to be the newcomer who would bring more production to the tight end position. Instead, unheralded journeyman Pharaoh Brown is making headlines.
In Week 3, the former Las Vegas Raiders, Cleveland Browns, and Houston Texans pass-catcher scored from 58 yards out against the New York Jets. This also demonstrated Brown’s exceptional athleticism for a man of his size.
Brown stretches the field by averaging 8.9 yards before the catch and 15.4 yards after the catch on every reception. His ability to get vertical will be a challenge for the Washington Commanders’ suspect linebackers, so they must be prepared.
If Jamin Davis is unable to keep up with Brown in space, the job should be given to safety Kamren Curl.
The Patriots have long thrived because of their ability to obtain significant contributions from minor role players. Keeping these five supporting acts quiet should result in a Commanders victory.
