David Wagner was appointed manager of Norwich City in January 2023, following the departure of previous manager Dean Smith.
Wagner was a striker in his playing career, representing Mainz and Schalke, as well as earning eight caps for the USA national team.
Following his retirement, he worked at Borussia Dortmund with current Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp, as Wagner was named manager of Borussia Dortmund II in July 2011.
After leaving Die Borussen in 2015, the German moved to Huddersfield Town, where he led the club to Premier League promotion in 2017 and survival the following year.

The form of winger Jonathan Rowe has been a positive for Norwich City this season.
The 20-year-old has eight goals and two assists in 143 minutes, averaging one goal every 143 minutes.
Rowe has been with the club since 2014, having previously played for AFC Wembley. The winger, who broke into the first team in 2021, has impressed for the Canaries so far this season.
After scoring in each of the first four games of the season, his most recent goal came in a 2-1 loss to Middlesbrough in October.

Anthony Pilkington played for both the Bluebirds and the Canaries during his career.
Pilkington joined Norwich City in 2009 after impressing at Huddersfield Town, making his Premier League debut against Wigan Athletic on the first day of the season.
In a 1-0 win over Manchester United at Carrow Road, the winger scored the game-winning goal.
Pilkington joined the Bluebirds in 2014 and was a member of the team that earned promotion to the Premier League in 2018.
‘Pilks’ made over a century of appearances for the Club and scored 20 goals during his time in Cardiff.
