Pau Torres has challenged Villa to replicate their home form on the road.
Villa’s victory over Fulham before the international break was the club’s 13th consecutive Premier League victory at Villa Park, tying a record set in 1983.
Torres believes the club still needs to improve as it seeks another finish in the European places.
“We just have to keep going game after game,” Torres explained.
“We now feel strong and at ease with the structure and our style; this is the way.”
“However, we now need to improve away from home because we need to add points away from home if we are to stay in this position.”
“It was a crucial win for us (against Fulham) to maintain our European position.”
“We feel very strong at home at the moment and it was important for us to get another win before the international break.”
