But Areola’s possible comeback is huge for West Ham. Because the Hammers lack a seasoned, reliable backup beyond Fabianski.
The majority of Premier League teams start three senior goalkeepers, with a veteran filling in as backup.
But West Ham has decided to move Anang up to third choice after David Martin and Darren Randolph left.
