Josh Allen, the quarterback for the Buffalo  Bills, has gained notoriety in recent seasons for possessing the strongest arm in the NFL.

What does Allen, however, make of that assertion? When the Bills starter was on Radio Row for Super Bowl LVIII on Thursday, ESPN’s Pat McAfee asked him. Allen answered without much hesitation.

“Are you still the league’s strongest arm, or not?” McAfee enquired.

“I hope that’s the case,” Allen answered. “And yes, that is what I like to think.”

When the crew questioned him if he could throw an 85-yard pass, Allen replied that he might be able to in a high altitude setting, such as his college hometown of Laramie, Wyoming.

Because of Allen’s ability to throw the ball at all different levels on the field, ESPN’s Matt Bowen declared him to have the strongest arm in the league in December. Allen had completed 11 passes with a minimum of 25 air yards by December 20.
