Tee Higgins, a Bengals wide receiver, was listed as limited Thursday in his first practice back since injuring his hamstring a month ago, but he cautiously says he feels 100% and that the plan is to play Monday night (8:15 p.m. on Cincinnati’s Channel 9 and ESPN) against Jacksonville.

Also restricted but encouraging is No. 1 cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt, who missed last Sunday’s game due to a quad injury.

“I feel like I’m there, but I don’t want to push myself so hard that I go out there and have a setback,” Higgins said following practice. “I feel 100 percent, but I’m still easing my way in. I’m simply trying to get back into the groove of things.”

“I think it’s an opportunity to go into a game where I’ve already been the starter for a week; even a Wednesday practice felt so much smoother today than last week. (Last week was) “What will this all look like?” Browning said.
