Christian McCaffrey’s 2023 regular season has ended. McCaffrey, the San Francisco 49ers’ standout running back, will miss Sunday’s season finale against the Los Angeles Rams.
McCaffrey has a moderate calf injury, 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan announced to reporters on Monday, one day after the team’s 27-10 victory over the Washington Commanders.
